Timestamp Service - Consorci AOC
Introduction
The Time Stamping Service is a trust service of the AOC Consortium, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 23 July 2014, on electronic identification and trust services in electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC (ReIDAS) and by Law 6/2020, of 11 November, regulating certain aspects of electronic trust services.
The objective of the time stamp service, in accordance with the definition given in Article 3 of ReIDAS, is to link data in electronic format to a specific moment, providing proof that it existed at that moment.
Current Policies and Practice Statements
The Practice Statement is a document that specifies the policies and practices that a provider implements in the provision of a trust service.
The purpose of the disclosure clause is to disseminate the fundamental aspects of the content of the Practice Statement for the Qualified Time Stamping Service of the Open Administration Consortium of Catalonia, and it is not understood, in any case, that it develops, expands or modifies it.
