Timestamp Service - Consorci AOC

Introduction

The Time Stamping Service is a trust service of the AOC Consortium, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 23 July 2014, on electronic identification and trust services in electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC (ReIDAS) and by Law 6/2020, of 11 November, regulating certain aspects of electronic trust services.

The objective of the time stamp service, in accordance with the definition given in Article 3 of ReIDAS, is to link data in electronic format to a specific moment, providing proof that it existed at that moment.
